If you have any questions, please shoot me an email. If there is a type of item you do not see listed on my site or Instagram but are interested in me making it, please reach out with details and I can see what I can do.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I am a one person operation and disabled so turnaround time can vary greatly, anywhere from one to eight weeks on most orders. If you need an item by a specific date, please include that in the “note to seller at checkout” and I will do my best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?

I do! I currently have shipping set up through the site to Canada, the UK, EU countries, non-EU European countries, Oceania, and Australia and New Zealand.If you would like something shipped to a location not listed, please reach out via email.

Does your hardware contain nickel?

Much of the hardware I use is nickel plated steel or nickel plated brass. Brass hardware pieces are nickel free. Please email me if you are looking for a nickel-free custom.

Do you make harnesses?

At this time, I only do in person fittings for harnesses, but keep your eyes peeled. If you are in Chicago and looking for a harness, email me with what you are looking for.
